Men's LAX: Gators Down Spartanburg 13-10 on Saturday

River Bluff's men's lacrosse team moved to 3-0 with a 13-10 win over Spartanburg in the Midlands Invitational at Dutch Fork High School on Saturday.

The Gators trailed by one after the first period but came back to lead at halftime 8-5. Then, in the third quarter, River Bluff opened up five-point lead, 11-6. The Gators withstood a Spartanburg flurry in the fourth and held on to remain undefeated 13-10.

Jackson Register led the way for the Gators with six goals and an assist. Kyle Jenkins added four goals.

River Bluff will face Dutch Fork on the road on Monday. The JV game will start at 5:30 p.m. and the varsity match will follow around 7:30 p.m.
