Men's Golf: Gators Maintain Crown, Win Lexington County Championship

The River Bluff men's golf team successfully defended its title by winning Wednesday's Lexington County Championship at Golden Hills Golf and Country Club. The competition was comprised of the twelve high school golf teams from the five Lexington County school districts.
Howie Vroon was the medalist for the tournament shooting 69. One stroke behind for runner-up was Maddox McCamy. Cooper Raley (75) and Isaiah Bayon (77) rounded out the scoring for the Gators. Sam Booth (79) also competed in Wednesday's match.

*Swansea finished 11th (382) and Brookland-Cayce finished 12th (405)
The Gators' second team finished in seventh place. Seventh-grader Prithvi Patel shot a 75, putting him in sixth place. Ben Crouch (85), Jesse Carlisle (86), and Owen Sims (87) finished out the scoring for the team, while Davis Collins (88) also competed.
