Girls Basketball: Gators Host Round One of Playoffs Monday Night

River Bluff's women's basketball team (11-13, 3-7) will enter the SCHSL AAAAA-Division I playoffs as a 7-seed and will host 10th-seeded Fort Dorchester on Monday night at 6:30 p.m. in round one action.

The Patriots enter postseason play with an almost identical record to the Gators, going 11-12 and 3-7 in Region VIII-AAAAA. Both teams finished fifth in their respective regions.

Winner of Monday night's contest will face Lexington, the number two seed, on Friday, February 20.
